Some of the best time together happens when everyone can be together without having to be together every minute. At Basecamp, your group can gather at The Lodge, around a fire pit, beside the lake or outdoors under the oaks, then head back to separate cabins and glamping tents when it’s time to unwind.
Planning a board or leadership retreat? Basecamp offers 12 private bedrooms across nine accommodations, with The Lodge as a central gathering space. Explore Board & Leadership Retreats →
Basecamp offers a different kind of setting for a retreat. Mornings can begin with coffee under the oaks. Afternoons might mean kayaking the lake, swimming in the Guadalupe or simply having time to slow down. Evenings can end around a fire pit or gathered together at The Lodge.
There is enough to do without creating an itinerary for every hour, and enough space to simply be.
Basecamp makes it easy for groups to spend time together while still having space of their own. The Lodge can serve as a natural gathering place, while cabins and glamping tents give guests comfortable places to retreat at the end of the day.
The natural gathering place for larger groups, with room to spend time together.
Comfortable individual spaces that give couples, leaders or families a little more privacy.
A memorable Hill Country experience with the comforts guests actually want, including private bathrooms and hot tubs.
