The Lodge at Basecamp Resort is a spacious Texas Hill Country vacation home designed for family reunions, multi-family vacations, group getaways and retreats. Sleeping up to 13 guests, it combines the comfort of a private home with a hot tub, access to Basecamp Resort’s pool, beautiful Hill Country views and Basecamp’s private Guadalupe River access. Whether you’re gathering around the fire pit, cooking together in the large kitchen, relaxing on the deck or spending the day exploring Basecamp, there’s plenty of room to spend time together.
The Lodge sits on its own five-acre setting at the far end of Basecamp Resort, beyond the cabins and glamping tents. Guests enjoy extra space and a peaceful setting while remaining just a short stroll or drive from Basecamp’s private Guadalupe River access, Basecamp Lake, hiking trail and Basecamp Resort’s pool.
About the bunk room: The bunk room is accessed from outside via an exterior staircase and cannot be reached from inside the main house. Because there is no bathroom in the bunk room, it’s best suited for older children, teenagers or adults rather than young children.
Planning a smaller getaway? The Lodge II offers a 2-bedroom, 2-bath option for up to four guests. Availability typically opens about 30 days before arrival if the full Lodge hasn’t been reserved. Learn more about The Lodge II.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs for a $75 pet fee. Please review our pet policy before your stay. We provide dog waste bags and ask that pets not be left unattended unless crated and remain off the furniture.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any Basecamp accommodations.
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
All amenities are reserved exclusively for registered overnight guests.
A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your credit card two days before arrival and automatically released after your stay once the property has been inspected. In the rare event of accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, we’ll communicate with you before processing any charges.
