This 280 square foot Casita sleeps two and is an efficiency-style cabin, with one open concept room and a private bathroom with a shower. You will find a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, a 43″ smart TV (Hulu subscription), and a cozy seating area to enjoy the surrounding views. In the kitchenette, there is a microwave, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has a small vanity and shower. Enjoy the view from the front porch and a soak in your own hot tub. The cabin also has a propane grill and fire pit.
Other important information about Casita Juanita: We welcome dogs (max 2) for a $50 fee. In order to keep the property dog-friendly, we kindly ask that you clean up after them, both inside and outside (we provide dog waste bags at the cabin). Please do not allow your dog on any furniture. Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the cabin unless you have a crate. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!!! We do not allow cats on the property.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property.
Parking and all resort amenities are for registered guests only.
A rental agreement and security deposit are required prior to arrival. A $300 hold will be placed on guest’s credit card two days prior to reservation date and released once the property has been assessed for damages. There is NO CHARGE to guest’s credit card unless there are property damages. The hold is automatically released after the reservation. We have never withheld a deposit before, and very likely will never have to, because we have the most awesome guests!!!
