🐾 Pets
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a $50 per dog fee. Please review our pet policy before your stay. We provide dog waste bags and ask that pets not be left unattended unless crated and remain off the furniture.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any Basecamp accommodations.
🎆 Fireworks
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
🏡 Amenities
Basecamp’s amenities are reserved exclusively for registered overnight guests.
💳 Security Deposit
A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your credit card two days before arrival and is automatically released after your stay once the property has been inspected. In the rare event of accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, we’ll communicate with you before processing any charges.
