GLAMPING AT BASECAMP RESORT
A climate-controlled glamping tent for up to four with a no-step transition from the yard onto the deck, a designated parking space nearby, a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom and hot tub.
Wagon Wheel offers the same comfortable glamping experience as our other tents, with a few features designed to make arriving and getting around easier. Instead of a flight of stairs, a ramp leads to the entrance, and a designated parking space is located near the tent. Inside, the climate-controlled tent sleeps up to four, with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and additional clearance beneath the sink. Outside, your covered deck, hot tub, fire pit and fenced side yard give you room to settle in and enjoy Basecamp.
Wagon Wheel includes several features designed to make getting around easier, including ramp access, a designated parking space near the tent and additional clearance beneath the bathroom sink. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Because accessibility needs vary, we encourage guests with specific mobility or accessibility requirements to contact us before booking so we can help determine whether Wagon Wheel is a good fit for their stay.

A note about glamping: Wagon Wheel has heat and air conditioning and an insulated roof, which helps it stay a little more comfortable in hot and cold weather than our other tents. It is still a canvas glamping tent rather than a fully insulated cabin, so during the hottest Texas afternoons it may be warmer than a traditional building. Hill Country evenings typically cool down quickly, and we provide additional heaters during colder weather for added comfort.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a $50 per dog fee. Please review our pet policy before your stay. We provide dog waste bags and ask that pets not be left unattended unless crated and remain off the furniture.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any Basecamp accommodations.
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Basecamp’s amenities are reserved exclusively for registered overnight guests.
A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your credit card two days before arrival and is automatically released after your stay once the property has been inspected. In the rare event of accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, we’ll communicate with you before processing any charges.
