The Rocking F Rambler is a 650 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin. It has a spacious bedroom, where you’ll find a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, a desk and large closet. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a fireplace and a 55” smart TV with Hulu subscription service. There is a queen size sofa bed that will sleep 2 additional guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, including basic spices. This cabin has both a drip and Keurig coffee maker and we provide starter packs of coffee, creamer and sweetener. The outdoor patio has a hot tub, grill, fire pit and seating for two. Cane poles, stand-up boards, and kayaks are provided for our guest’s use. You can also fish and explore 3 other ponds on the property.
Other important information about Rocking F Rambler: We welcome dogs (max 2) for a $50 fee. In order to keep the property dog-friendly, we kindly ask that you clean up after them, both inside and outside (we provide dog waste bags at the cabin). Please do not allow your dog on any furniture. Please do not leave your dog unattended inside the cabin unless you have a crate. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!!! We do not allow cats on the property.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property.
Parking and all resort amenities are for registered guests only.
A rental agreement and security deposit are required prior to arrival. A $300 hold will be placed on guest’s credit card two days prior to reservation date and released once the property has been assessed for damages. There is NO CHARGE to guest’s credit card unless there are property damages. The hold is automatically released after the reservation. We have never withheld a deposit before, and very likely will never have to, because we have the most awesome guests!!!
