GLAMPING AT BASECAMP RESORT
A climate-controlled glamping tent for up to four near the edge of Basecamp, with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom, hot tub and a quieter, more tucked-away setting.
Lizzie Joy sits near the edge of the Basecamp property, where the setting feels a little quieter and more tucked away than some of our other tents. The climate-controlled tent sleeps up to four, with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, private bathroom and kitchenette inside. Outside, your covered deck, hot tub, fire pit and fenced side yard give you room to settle in, with the pool, Basecamp Lake and our private Guadalupe River access still part of your stay.
A note about glamping: Lizzie Joy has heat and air conditioning, but it is still a canvas glamping tent rather than an insulated cabin. During the hottest Texas afternoons, the tent may be warmer than a traditional building. Hill Country evenings typically cool down quickly, and we provide additional heaters during colder weather for added comfort.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs with a $50 per dog fee. Please review our pet policy before your stay. We provide dog waste bags and ask that pets not be left unattended unless crated and remain off the furniture.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any Basecamp accommodations.
Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Basecamp’s amenities are reserved exclusively for registered overnight guests.
A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your credit card two days before arrival and is automatically released after your stay once the property has been inspected. In the rare event of accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, we’ll communicate with you before processing any charges.
